About me.
I'm a Full-Stack Developer and an aspiring GIS Developer driven by purpose and impact. For me, technology isn't just about writing code — it’s about creating tools that empower communities, solve pressing problems, and leave a meaningful mark.
I began as a UI/UX designer in college, but quickly found fulfillment in bringing designs to life through frontend development. That curiosity led me deeper into backend systems, APIs, and databases — learning to build solutions that are both elegant and reliable.
Lately, I’ve been diving into Cloud and DevOps — working with Docker, CI/CD, and deploying scalable apps on AWS. I enjoy the challenge of not only building systems, but also ensuring they’re stable, secure, and production-ready.

Lead Developer & GIS Engineer @ Project Haribon
- Architected and developed a full-stack disaster response system using geospatial analysis to optimize rescue and logistics operations in Bicol Region.
- Integrated Mapbox GL JS to visualize hazard zones, damaged roads, evacuation centers, and rescue routes on an interactive map.
- Implemented path routing using to prioritize delivery and rescue during simulated typhoons and road blockages.
- Designed a role-based access system allowing admins to manage users, privileges, activity logs, and infrastructure data.
- Deployed backend microservices on AWS EC2 using Docker containers with a custom domain managed via Cloudflare.

- Designed a single-table ERD for AWS DynamoDB, identifying access patterns to optimize database indexing.
- Built two NestJS microservices with TypeScript, using clean and extensible APIs to support future database migrations.

- Redesigned the PAMO System UI/UX to create a more intuitive and accessible interface for staff of varying technical backgrounds.
- Automated the asset management workflow (procurement, requisition, delivery, issuance), replacing manual Excel-based processes with a custom-built system to reduce staff workload.
- Developed a reporting module to track inventory losses and generate monthly reports for the Treasurer’s Department, improving visibility and reducing manual tasks.
