Achievements & Highlights

• Delivered an end-to-end MVP within 1 week showcasing cross-platform capabilities and real-time collaboration.

Contributions

• Architected a multi-platform system (Next.js web + Expo mobile) powered by Convex for real-time data and reactive UI.
• Implemented modules for assets, maintenance, notices, events, polls, and visitor access with role-based permissions.
• Built animated, responsive UI with Tailwind CSS and Framer Motion; created reusable UI primitives and skeleton states for perceived performance.
• Integrated mobile features including push-ready structure, offline-friendly patterns, and smooth list/gesture interactions.
• Set up end-to-end typesafety, shared models, and DX tooling; organized monorepo structure to accelerate team velocity.
